We are not responsible for:
- Loan terms provided by lenders
- Credit decisions
- Fees, APR, or repayment schedules
- Actions or practices of third-party lenders
We strongly recommend reviewing each lender’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy before accepting any loan.
7. Credit Checks
Lenders may perform credit inquiries to evaluate your request. This may include soft or hard credit checks, depending on lender policies. We do not control or influence these decisions.
8. Service Availability
The Service may not be available in all states due to varying regulations. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to the Service at our discretion.
